- Fluid Bed dryer has many advantages over the conventional tray dryer. - Heat is transferred to the particles by convention. - Fluid bed drying yields uniform spherical particles. - Heat transfer is extremely rapid because of fluid bed drying. - The drying is achieved in a totally enclosed chamber. - The safety dampers are installed on the top of main body to relirve force in case of explosion. - Fliter bag with a special conductive fiber eliminates a static electricty charge. - The body of the fluid bed dryer has am earthing device to eliminate a static charge. - Fluidzing air volume is automatically controlled by a constant air volum regulator. - Tiltable contaner for easy handling of the product. - All product contact part are mirror pclished stainless steel for an east cleaning.
